Analysis
A deep understanding of the situation is the core of our work. The foundation for this is usually laid in a joint workshop with the customer, before the issues are then addressed in a targeted manner.
Concept
With courage and prudence, we develop a central idea from our goals, on the basis of which work packages (user stories) are created. In this step, we free ourselves from potential constraints and think big for the time being.
